After so many years of playing kotor, my current playthrough is finally a light side purist, the goodest of the good. LS/DS Soldier/Guardian, Scout/Consular, etc. That's funny, I find being light sided very hard to do. I wield the Light and Dark as tools, I am the furtive Darkness cast by Light, and the flicker of Light within the Dark. Build goals Defeat the final boss with the consular as easily as possible. The damage done by them is extremely low in comparison to the damage of simply using your melee weapons. This guide focuses on creating a very brutish and powerful melee character, based on hitting many extremely powerful attacks per round. Haha, yeah, my very favorite build is Strength stacked LS Scoundrel/Guardian. Considerations Every item that boosts wisdom is light side only, Press J to jump to the feed. I've used this build in over half my runs- out of nearly 200 hours of gameplay- and it works on every difficulty, easily defeating all enemies and bosses. However, it costs more Force Points to use a Dark Side Power as a Light Side Jedi and vice versa. Fully optimized, I’ve seen my Scoundrel/Guardian deal out over 300 damage in one Force Jump attack (4 hits using speed and two weapons). Yeah I'm not really a fan of the scoundrel. I like the abilities, and I like the credits. What’s YOUR favorite dark side build? The Workbench is a feature I see as one of the most important for increasing your power late-game. If I do a Consular run though that’s when I’ll save as many levels as possible to get the extra force powers and force points. Force powers tend not to be important in this build. I have seen visions of the future, of a Jedi Master letting the Dark Side flow through him, but letting it pass, in a lightsaber form.
